The Red Rose Runner operates in the rural areas of South Ribble and Chorley on weekdays. It is a pre-booked, Dial-a-Ride service which provides mobility restricted individuals with access to a transport facility.
What is it?
The Red Rose Runner operates a door to door bus service and will take you wherever you want within the Red Rose Runner area. However, certain areas are for medical appointments only. Contact office for further details 01772 901 321 (10am-3pm)
Who can use the service?
The service is for young and old individuals with injuries, disabilities-whether long or short term and mobility difficulties associated with age, who live in the rural areas of South Ribble and Chorley.
When is the service available?
The service is currently available 09:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Advanced booking is required and places on this service are allocated on a first come first served basis.
The booking office is open 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday. Ideally the more notice you give the better. However, where possible, we try to accommodate same-day journey requests.
What do I need to do now?
